CBC Scientific Director Shohei Koide receives UChicago ITM First Technology & Commercial Development Grant to Build Fast, Mobile Diagnostic Tool
Congratulations to Shohei Koide, the CBC Scientific Director at the University of Chicago (UChicago), for receiving an inaugural Technology & Commercial Development Pilot Award. The new award was launched by UChicago Institute for Translational Medicine (ITM) in partnership with UChicagoTech to support promising translational and clinical research projects. Koide, Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UChicago, is designing mobile biosensors that could monitor various health conditions within minutes.
